Backend Developer (C# or Node.js)

Smart Topaz sp. z o.o. is seeking a Backend Developer for a client project focused on developing an IoT backend platform. The project involves API and middleware layers for mobile, web, and internal applications, with a team structure including developers, a Business Analyst, and QA specialists.

• Very good knowledge of either C#/.NET 6 or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience designing and developing microservices.
• Good knowledge of REST API and asynchronous communication.
• Experience with message brokers, especially RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.
• Practical knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like Redis or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with modern deployment environments: Azure, Linux, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Designing and developing backend applications and middleware for mobile, web, and internal applications.
• Building scalable REST APIs, handling WebSockets, and integrating with message queues and asynchronous communication.
• Modeling data structures and working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborating on deployment automation, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
• Ensuring code quality through unit tests, integration tests, and TDD practices.
• Participating in the development of microservice architecture and event-driven solutions.
