Wymagania

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language (Spanish, Italian, French, or German) is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of the Base product
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willingness to continuously expand knowledge
  • Highly developed communication skills (internal and external)
  • Very good organization of work in a remote model
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and acquire new digital skills

Obowiązki

  • Provide first-line support for customers and users
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with products, services, and features
  • Take full responsibility for support tickets
  • Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve tickets
  • Develop and update the knowledge base in the global IT Support department
  • Test new functionalities
  • Participate in additional projects aligned with strengths and skills
