Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus (Spanish, Italian, French, or German)
- Very good knowledge of the Base product
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to continuously expand knowledge
- Highly developed communication skills (internal and external)
- Very good organization of work in a remote model
- Analytical skills
- Ability to learn and acquire new digital skills
Obowiązki
- Provide first-line support for customers and users
- Ensure customer satisfaction with products, services, and features
- Take full responsibility for support tickets
- Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve tickets
- Develop and update the knowledge base in the global IT Support department
- Test new functionalities
- Participate in additional projects according to strengths and skills
