Managed Cloud Engineer

• Proficient knowledge and experience in AWS (ECS and EKS)
• Knowledge and experience in containerization with Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge about other cloud providers
• Good experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Good professional experience in OS administration (e.g., Linux, Windows)
• Practical knowledge of IaC concepts and tools such as Terraform
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Proficient knowledge and experience in Azure
• Experience in managing incident resolution independently
• Knowledge and professional experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge and professional experience with OpenSearch

• Handling monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and load testing of cloud-native services
• Developing automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for customer infrastructure and applications
• Improving performance and availability of services running in the public cloud
• Keeping and improving the level of customer satisfaction, including on-call duties
• Participating in the development of standards and best practices
