Product Specialist

Solar Polska Sp. z o.o. is part of Solar Group, one of the largest suppliers of solutions for the electrical and industrial sector in Northern Europe. The Łódź Solar Shared Services Center supports the Solar Group in areas including Accounts Payable / Invoice Control, Material Planning, and Product & Master Data Management. The company operates both in Poland and abroad, delivering products, technical solutions, and services in the field of electrical installation and industrial automation.

• Technical education, preferably in engineering fields.
• Several years of experience working with technical products, MDM/PIM, SAP/ERP, or strong analytical and process skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and project management skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and business-level English.
• Proactive approach and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of products in MDM/PIM, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with category owners, sales teams, and suppliers, managing escalations and corrective projects.
• Design and implement product data standards and optimize data governance processes.
• Mentor and support junior specialists and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Analyze product data and propose improvements to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
