Service Architect

UPM Kymmene Sp. z o.o. is a material solutions company with factories near Wrocław, a Human Resources Service Center in Kraków, and a Business Hub in Wrocław employing over 600 professionals in customer, supplier, and financial services. The company focuses on renewable fibres, advanced materials, decarbonization solutions, and communication papers, emphasizing sustainability and bioeconomy.

• Master's degree in business, engineering, information management, or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in service design
• Strong experience in service architecture and/or service concept design
• Knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and shared service models
• Experience in cross-functional transformation environments
• Ability to connect business processes, data, and technology into cohesive services
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; other languages are an asset

• Define and maintain end-to-end service architecture frameworks, standards, and design principles for Business Hub service delivery
• Ensure alignment between service architecture, service catalogue, and delivery tower capabilities
• Support service scope definition and changes (onboarding, scaling, de-scope) in line with governance frameworks
• Collaborate in handling service exceptions, escalations, and structural changes
• Design services for scalability, standardization, and reusability across Business Hub
• Integrate process, data, and technology perspectives into coherent service designs
• Support service development and continuous improvement initiatives with towers and DDAI teams
• Ensure services are measurable through defined KPIs for performance management and benchmarking

The position requires regular work from the office every week in a hybrid working model (3 days per week from the office). Applications must be submitted through the online application system by July 1, 2026. The position holder will report to Senior Manager, Service Excellence.
