• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, or roles related to operational process development and improvement.
• Higher education, preferably technical or IT-related.
• Knowledge of systems supporting business processes in financial and/or insurance sectors.
• Familiarity with the life insurance market and product specifics.
• Understanding of processes within life insurance companies.
• Experience defining business requirements and collaborating at the business–IT interface.
• Ability to create analytical documentation and recommend solutions.
• Practical knowledge of BPMN for process modeling.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project tools.
• Independence, good work organization, and priority management skills.
• Teamwork skills, engagement, and goal orientation.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

• Analyze and model business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and refine business requirements for development initiatives and projects.
• Prepare business analyses and describe expected functionalities of supporting systems.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and consultations with stakeholders to identify needs and develop optimal process solutions.
• Participate in designing process changes and collaborate on IT-supported solutions.
• Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, business justification, and solution efficiency.
• Analyze proposed changes regarding business value, implementation, and maintenance costs.
• Identify risks, escalation areas, and present alternative solution scenarios.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams during process and system change implementations.
• Participate in development and transformation initiatives in life insurance.
