• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 architecture and functionalities
• Programming skills in C/AL
• Ability to create reports and analyses using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and SQL language
• Understanding of business processes in sales, production, logistics, and warehousing
• Ability to analyze and model business processes
• Ability to independently diagnose and solve system issues
• Higher education in IT or related field
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating ERP systems with external systems
• Knowledge of Web Services, XML, JSON, and API technologies
• Experience with migrations or projects related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Knowledge of WMS, CRM systems, or B2B platforms
• Experience managing ERP implementation or development projects

• Support users and resolve issues related to the ERP system operation
• Diagnose problems, monitor, maintain, and configure the system
• Participate in planning and implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV development projects
• Create and develop new system functionalities
• Test, implement, and document system changes
• Optimize and develop integrations with internal and external systems
• Analyze and resolve data exchange issues between systems
• Verify and analyze system data
• Supervise system processes and control data and module integrity
• Analyze business needs and develop functional specifications
• Coordinate user requests, prioritize, and oversee their implementation
• Maintain system documentation, create instructions, and train users
• Collaborate with external software providers and accept completed work
