Junior It Support Specialist

Drogerie Natura (Natura Sp. z o.o.) is a large retail organization operating 220 stores across various cities and towns since 1997. The company maintains an informal character allowing dynamic decision-making and rapid response to customer needs.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks.
• Ability to diagnose problems and effectively support users.
• English language skills sufficient for working with technical documentation.
• Teamwork skills, good organization, and communication.
• Willingness to work on-site in Błonie and occasionally support retail on Saturdays.
• Driving license category B.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ITIL methodology.
• Experience with POS, ERP, or WMS systems.
• Knowledge of fiscal devices.
• Experience in retail or commercial network environments.

• Provide ongoing IT support for office and retail employees regarding hardware, software, and systems.
• Handle user requests and diagnose and resolve issues as part of the first line IT support.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
• Support and maintain organizational systems, especially POS, ERP, and WMS.
• Manage IT hardware, licenses, fiscal devices, and GSM fleet.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with IT service providers and coordinate service work.
• Participate in IT solution implementations, projects, and development initiatives.
