Customer Service Coordinator (Internal Flow)

Solaris is part of Markem-Imaje, a global manufacturer of product identification and traceability solutions. The company specializes in laser systems for static and dynamic product coding while products are in movement.

• Experience with SAP MM module
• Understanding of supply chain processes
• Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, and pricing management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Customer-focused approach
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Confidence in collaborating and negotiating with internal stakeholders

• Review and validate Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal requirements
• Verify product availability and completeness of information for order processing and delivery; coordinate corrections with stakeholders
• Manage and prioritize demand requests, ensuring timely execution and alignment across teams
• Provide regular updates to internal customers on status and progress of activities and open issues
• Identify process deviations and non-conformities, communicate findings, and propose corrective actions
• Escalate non-standard requests, complex issues, and significant non-conformities to management
• Understand internal customer requirements and ensure high service and responsiveness
• Create and process Credit and Debit Notes according to company procedures
• Coordinate master data updates by collecting business requirements and ensuring system changes
• Act as liaison between Supply Chain, IT, and Process Development teams supporting system enhancements and process improvements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and process standardization
