AI Developer (k/m/x)

FIBER SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ develops modern telecommunication and digital solutions for its clients. The company is seeking an AI Developer to implement AI-based solutions, automate processes, and build intelligent applications supporting customer service and network management.

• Experience in building and deploying AI agent-based solutions
• Ability to work across different technology ecosystems and select appropriate tools
• Strong knowledge of Python and API usage for creating integrations and custom tools
• Practical knowledge of language models (LLM/SLM) and their effective application
• Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions
• Independence and responsibility for the entire solution lifecycle
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization
• Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication

Nice to have:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Knowledge of the German language

• Design and develop applications utilizing AI
• Create chatbots, AI assistants, and process automation systems
• Integrate AI models with existing company systems
• Analyze business needs and translate them into effective AI-based technological solutions
