Trainee, Global IT (M/F/D)

• Attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
• English at a communicative level (min. B2)
• No prior professional experience required
• Interest in IT, technology, or asset management is a plus
• Familiarity with IT tools or concepts is a plus, but not required

• Support the team in collecting and maintaining data about IT assets (hardware/software)
• Help review and organize information related to new assets entering the portfolio
• Support documentation updates and contribute to building the team knowledge base
• Assist in asset lifecycle activities (e.g., tracking usage, retirement, or disposal)
• Help prepare basic data and reports for the team
• Collaborate with team members and gain insight into how different IT functions work together
• Help identify simple improvements in daily tasks or processes
• Assist in basic automation or data-related tasks, if skills are available
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions
