Wymagania

  • 3-5 years of experience managing B2C digital products with at least one project involving technical complexity and UX (ideally mobile app, consumer subscription).
  • Proven results in improving onboarding conversion, activation, retention, and NPS/CSAT.
  • Practical experience with continuous discovery: customer interviews, A/B testing, prototyping.
  • Daily use of tools such as Figma, Miro, and AI for data-driven decision making.
  • English proficiency at C1 level for documentation, meetings, and benchmarking.
  • Practical knowledge of product operating model frameworks.
  • Ability to defend product decisions under medical, legal, business, and technical pressure.
  • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or other regulated environments (fintech, insurtech) is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, Polish standards P1/IKP) is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
  • Experience in POM transformation or working in a POM-native organization is a significant advantage.
  • Personal qualities: independence, assertiveness, perseverance, empathy.

Obowiązki

  • Full responsibility for discovery and delivery of the product.
  • Defining problems to solve rather than just functionalities to build.
  • Conducting continuous discovery including weekly customer interviews and updating Opportunity Solution Trees.
  • Addressing four product risks (value, usability, feasibility, business justification) before approval.
  • Designing and conducting product experiments such as prototypes and A/B tests.
  • Analyzing customer behavior and needs segmented by client groups.
  • Prioritizing initiatives considering diverse segment needs.
  • Advanced data analysis using tools like PostHog to identify opportunities and measure impact.
  • Collaborating in a product triad with Product Designer and Lead Engineer to define solutions.
  • Working with business line leaders and teams in marketing, product offering, strategy, sales, operations, and medical for effective product building and implementation.
  • Planning and coordinating go-to-market for new features and products including user communication and onboarding.
  • Applying AI augmentation in product management from discovery to delivery.
  • Identifying AI/automation opportunities to increase user value.
