Junior Data Analyst

• Very good proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Significant experience with spreadsheets and creating detailed reports
• Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
• Experience with reporting and data analysis tools, databases (SQL), VBA, and scripts
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently with customers and stakeholders across global time zones
• Initiative in problem-solving
• Very good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills

• Create, generate, and update reports and dashboards as requested by Operations
• Deliver value-added data analysis to support Operations or Clients on time
• Create, update, and improve daily and weekly reports ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Adapt weekly presentations based on identified trends and client feedback
• Formulate insights, identify trends or outliers, and flag issues in reports and presentations
• Support leadership in operation management and act as main reference during weekly client data accuracy reviews
• Support operations with ad-hoc data requests
