Scrum Master (Cloud)

• Practical experience as a Project Manager in cloud projects (Cloud/AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge and experience working with Agile practices such as daily scrum and PI planning
• Practical experience using Jira
• Very good command of English (minimum B2+)
• Knowledge of Scrum, Jira, and Cloud
• Language skills in Polish and English

• Serve as Scrum Master for two teams operating in Azure and AWS environments
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and Program Increment Planning sessions
• Coordinate and support team activities ensuring consistent task execution
• Foster effective collaboration within and between teams
• Support the Cloud Program Manager in selected project management activities
• Provide updates and assist in program execution as needed
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders
• Identify, monitor, and communicate risks and issues
• Ensure transparency of work progress and support continuous improvement of team processes
