AI Engineer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It primarily focuses on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients in Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow.
• Experience with asynchronous programming.
• Experience with large language models (LLM).
• Proficiency in Polish language.

• Design, create, and deploy solutions using Python.
• Develop and create projects based on artificial intelligence and data analysis.
• Share knowledge and experience with NLP, RAG, AgenticAI, and LLM solutions.
• Provide ongoing operational support, including updating, bug fixing, and maintaining existing ML/AI components using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Communicate with the Hyperautomation Formation Team and IT teams regarding large language models (LLM) technology and prompt engineering methods.
• Integrate and find solutions for current business needs within IT Democratization aligned with the bank's standards and strategy.
