• Student status with willingness to develop and utilize the summer internship period
• Openness to learning, gaining new experiences, and developing skills in a practical business environment
• Availability for internship of at least 30 hours per week
• Interest in professional customer service, relationship building, and sales
• Desire to gain professional experience in the energy sector
• Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite (ability to work efficiently with multiple applications simultaneously)
• Developed communication skills and ease in establishing contact with people
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Initiative in taking actions and flexibility towards changing conditions and priorities
• High level of engagement, responsible approach to assigned tasks, and openness to sharing ideas
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office PowerPoint

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Basic data analysis skills
• Language skills in Polish and English

• Apply theoretical knowledge in practical tasks within a large Shared Services Center
• Support Customer Service area in tasks within competency centers
• Participate in direct customer service at physical Customer Service Points and digital/mobile channels (Mój Tauron app)
• Support back-office activities securing sales and service processes
• Perform tasks aimed at improving efficiency and quality of customer service for TAURON group
• Work using modern technologies, dedicated system applications, and office tools
• Develop sales skills and build lasting customer relationships
• Collaborate effectively with specialists and supervisors to achieve organizational goals
