Wymagania
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including at least one year as Lead Developer, Architect, or similar role.
- Broad technical knowledge of technologies, platforms, tools, and services to recommend and design appropriate IT solutions.
- Expert technical knowledge of at least one platform or programming language at a senior level.
- Skills in programming, project management, sales management, risk management, software architecture, sales, technical expertise, business consulting, client needs analysis, project planning and execution, and decision making.
- Advanced proficiency in Polish and English (minimum C1 level).

- Serve as the first contact with new clients, presenting technological and process capabilities of Future Processing.
- Advise clients on selecting the best IT solutions.
- Represent Future Processing as a trusted partner and service provider.
- Utilize broad and expert technical knowledge.
- Investigate and create client needs.
- Design and plan IT system implementations.
- Apply advanced self-presentation and sales skills.
- Make decisions and manage risks.
- Stay informed about IT technological and business trends.
- Be ready for business travel abroad.

- Salary range of 25,200 to 37,800 PLN net per month (B2B).
