• 3+ years of experience in technical delivery, development management, or similar hybrid roles
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Practical experience with Agile delivery
• Hands-on experience with Jira, GitHub, and Google Workspace
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem definition
• Fluent in Polish and English (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Experience in software consultancy or digital product studio
• Background in AI-augmented development or toolchain automation
• Experience managing distributed or cross-border teams

Framing A: Delivery Lead:

• Run development teams and engage in credible technical conversations
• Structure delivery, remove blockers, and maintain high quality without micromanaging
• Manage dependencies, risks, team capacity, and client expectations
• Communicate with clients about project timelines and team rationale
• Use AI tools in delivery workflows and seek to advance their use

Framing B: Engineering Manager:

• Own engineering delivery end-to-end including backlog, architecture decisions, process, and quality
• Conduct 1:1s, feedback conversations, and performance support
• Translate business context into technical priorities
• Treat AI tooling as an engineering question

Framing C: Technical Delivery Manager:

• Hold technical credibility and stakeholder trust simultaneously
• Review pull requests and run discovery workshops
• Decide when to escalate technical decisions and when to act independently
• Build team culture with intentional psychological safety
• Leverage experience from product studios, consultancies, or agencies

General Responsibilities:
