Java Developer

PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is the employer for this Java Developer position based in Warszawa, Poland.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in object-oriented Java programming
• Experience with Java SE 11 or higher
• Good knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Integration
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jira, Jenkins
• Knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON standards
• Higher education in computer science or related field
• Ability to work in a team

Nice to have:

• Experience with GCP cloud environment (BigQuery, CloudSQL, Pub/Sub)
• Practical knowledge of non-relational databases
• Practical experience building containerized applications (Anthos, Kubernetes Engine, Docker)
• Knowledge of other frameworks (e.g., Micronaut, Quarkus)

• Implement new or modify existing applications/services
• Create unit and integration tests for applications/services
• Ensure high software quality including functionality, performance, and reliability
• Document implemented solutions
• Analyze possible solutions
• Participate in project work
