Senior Developer with Python and Node.js

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Node.js
• Experience building APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, including microservices, DDD, or hexagonal architecture
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Azure SQL, Redis)
• Familiarity with messaging and event-driven architectures (e.g. Redis, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub)
• Understanding of authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Experience with automated testing, code quality, and software security practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within international teams
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery
• Good command of English (min. B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend technologies such as React
• Familiarity with Databricks, Pandas, or NumPy for data processing workloads
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Azure Monitor, or Application Insights
• Knowledge of Go or C++
• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience applying GenAI in a structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations
• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development)

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Python and Node.js
• Building APIs and microservices supporting business-critical applications
• Contributing to architecture decisions and promoting engineering best practices
• Working with cloud-native solutions and distributed systems in Azure environments
• Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve engineering efficiency and software delivery

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
