Senior Microsoft Business Applications & AI Engineer

The role is within Capgemini's Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice, one of the largest Salesforce delivery teams in Poland.

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Contact Center/Sales/Service) and Power Platform (Dataverse, Apps, Automate, Pages)
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Comfortable with PowerShell, Bash, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
• Experience with Azure Integration services including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI integrations
• Microsoft certifications (PL-600, PL-400, AZ-204, AI-102, AB-100) are a strong plus
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions balancing configuration and customization
• Analytical and adaptable, following Microsoft roadmap closely
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Lead delivery of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions within Agile teams
• Extend platform capabilities through pro-code customization (plugins, PCF, custom connectors)
• Design and implement AI-powered experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Foundry
• Build and maintain enterprise integrations across ERP, CPQ, telephony, and SaaS systems
• Champion CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with Architects and Functional Consultants to shape the right solution approach
