Wymagania

- Advanced Excel or data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI).

Obowiązki
- Analyze data from internal systems, sales pipeline, sales results, win rates, and win/loss reasons to generate pursuit insights.
- Provide regular analytics and reports to support sales leadership and pursuit teams.
- Act as the product owner for an internal tool, which processes qualification and prioritization of sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement commercial and pricing analytics to benchmark team pricing and support future proposal strategies.
- Design, build, and maintain automations to streamline processes throughout the pursuit and sales cycles.
- Conduct general process analysis and recommend optimizations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain and update Sales Excellence intranet sites, ensuring resources and information are current and accessible to the broader sales organization.
- Collaborate closely with members of the Sales Excellence team to ensure alignment with broader sales goals.
