Senior SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) – English and German speaking

x1F supports customers from the manufacturing and financial services sectors with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes.

• Experience with ABAP development and/or SAPUI5/Fiori.
• Solid understanding of SAP HXM/HCM landscape and experience developing custom solutions.
• Strong methodological skills and ability to manage tasks independently.
• English language skills at least B2 level.
• German language skills at B1 level with willingness to improve.
• Flexibility to travel within the DACH region for project work, workshops, or customer meetings.

• Support customers from manufacturing and financial services sectors with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes.
• Configure SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems based on requirements.
• Design and implement custom solutions using ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, and Customizing.
• Develop technical concepts and ensure quality assurance for solutions.
• Conduct workshops, facilitate requirements discussions, and help shape future system landscapes.
• Provide regular status updates, project reporting, participate in team meetings, and occasional customer visits.
