Kubernetes Platform Engineer

HTH Recruitment sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a Kubernetes Platform Engineer role focused on designing, implementing, and developing modern container platforms in on-premise and hybrid environments.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Kubernetes, DevOps, or Linux
• Participation in at least 2 Kubernetes/container platform deployment projects
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, components, and networking (CNI)
• Good knowledge of Linux systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux)
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure including networking (L2/L3, load balancing), storage (block/file/object, e.g., Ceph), compute, virtualization, and HA
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Ability to analyze problems and work on projects
• English language proficiency for technical documentation

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
• Experience with OpenShift, Rancher, OKD
• Knowledge of GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
• Experience with storage systems (e.g., Ceph)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools

• Designing, deploying, and developing Kubernetes platforms (on-premise and hybrid)
• Building and configuring clusters (upstream Kubernetes, RKE2, OpenShift, Rancher)
• Integrating Kubernetes with data center infrastructure (compute, network, storage)
• Analyzing client requirements and selecting solution architecture
• Automating processes (Infrastructure as Code, GitOps)
• Diagnosing, optimizing, and maintaining production environments
• Testing and validating new technologies
• Supporting clients in platform maintenance and development
• Collaborating with project teams and participating in pre-sales activities
