Wymagania
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, specifically ChaRM and Focused Build implementations and support.
- Proven experience in AMS support, handling enhancement requests, and managing user tickets.
- Practical knowledge of R2D processes and change/release governance in SAP landscapes.
- Experience creating analytics and reporting for change management and release activities.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant SAP certifications and formal training are advantageous but not mandatory.
Obowiązki
- Provide AMS support and application delivery (AD) support related to SAP Solution Manager ChaRM and Focused Build modules.
- Manage and process user tickets, including incident handling, root cause analysis, and timely resolution in accordance with service level expectations.
- Implement enhancements and configuration changes within ChaRM and Focused Build to support process improvements.
- Support the R2D (Request to Deploy / Release to Deploy) process activities for the client, ensuring governance and traceability across transports and change cycles.
- Develop and maintain analytics and reporting related to change management, release status, and system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to align change management processes with business requirements.
