Wymagania

  • Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Sales Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, JavaScript, Go) and comfort with APIs and databases.
  • Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a "builder" mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
  • Track record supporting high-growth GTM motions and achieving revenue-linked milestones.
  • Experience in early-stage or venture-backed startups.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or specialized data tools.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of technical content creation.

Obowiązki

  • Partner with the Sales team to lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
  • Build custom integrations, scripts, and demos showcasing the product's unique value proposition.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" for the product team, translating field feedback into actionable product requirements and roadmap items.
  • Develop technical sales collateral, including documentation, best practices guides, and modular code snippets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical hurdles during pre-sales and onboarding phases.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor landscapes to position technology effectively.
