P2P Finance Process Specialist (with German)

• Good command of German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
• 2–4 years of experience in P2P, Accounts Payable, or finance operations.
• Experience working with SAP/S4HANA and financial systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical mindset.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Process PO and non-PO invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle accounts payable queries and resolve complex discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly reports and support financial closing activities.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations, identifying and resolving variances.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation.
• Work with SAP/S4HANA and Excel to manage daily operations, analyze data, and improve processes.
