Order Management (Fulfillment) Transformation Manager

• 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain fulfilment within consulting or industry
• Proven leadership in complex transformation programs and platform implementations
• Strong expertise in operating model design, process transformation, and large-scale change
• Deep understanding of SAP supply chain landscape (SD, MM, TM, WM)
• Demonstrated success in driving automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Exceptional stakeholder management with exposure to senior/executive levels
• Advanced analytical thinking with a strategic, problem-solving mindset
• Fluent English (C1+)
• Experience in global, matrix organizations (BPO/SSC environment is a strong asset)

• Lead complex, large-scale supply chain fulfilment transformations across industries
• Shape and deliver strategic end-to-end fulfilment solutions in collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Own full lifecycle of system implementations (OMS, logistics platforms) at scale
• Drive digital transformation agenda including automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven solutions
• Provide strong leadership, coaching, and performance management for project teams
• Take full accountability for project outcomes, value realization, and client satisfaction
• Translate data insights into actionable, high-impact business recommendations
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders with C-level exposure
• Lead executive-level presentations, workshops, and decision-making forums
• Build and expand long-term client relationships, driving growth and new opportunities
• Play an active role in business development including pursuits, proposals, and deal shaping
• Contribute to development of cutting-edge supply chain offerings and thought leadership
