Manual Tester

SpyroSoft S.A. is recruiting QA Engineers for freelance, project-specific roles focused on enterprise software, particularly ERP systems, with projects expected through the end of 2026.

• Proven experience in software testing and development.
• Strong analytical thinking and creativity to generate and prioritize effective test cases.
• Exceptional attention to detail and user-centric mindset.
• Willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken, ideally C1 level).
• Scrum working experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with ERP/Cloud testing environments.
• Experience with various testing techniques.

Nice to have:

• Experience with API and UI testing.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Playwright, Selenium, Confluence, SpecFlow.
• Knowledge of Gherkin syntax.
• ISTQB Certification.

• Perform manual testing of the ERP system based on business requirements and analytical documentation.
• Create, update, and maintain scenarios and test cases.
• Report and document bugs and risks using defect management systems such as Azure DevOps.
• Define and prioritize acceptance test cases aligned with user story acceptance criteria.
• Monitor test coverage and adjust to maximize integration and coverage of user stories.
• Review user stories and solution designs for testability and suggest improvements.
• Deliver detailed and prioritized test plans aligned with the Testing Strategy and Product Vision.
• Measure and report on testing effectiveness using customer satisfaction and other metrics.
