Senior Product Manager (Colleague Facts – Enabling Functions)

The role involves defining, building, and launching a roadmap of digital products impacting millions of customers. The position is based in Kraków and involves collaboration within international projects and small teams.

• Have complete ownership of a complex, strategic enterprise API involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and drive the product strategy and execution for those APIs.
• Work with team and stakeholders to align strategic priorities, dependencies, and roadmap across the product.
• Quickly build domain knowledge and assess new opportunities through research, analysis, and prioritization.
• Steer sprint and release planning sessions with engineering counterparts to deliver maximum business value efficiently.
• Identify and drive improvements in API performance and service level measurements to ensure quality, reliability, and security.
• Lead discovery work around minimum viable products (MVP) for new features, collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders to prototype and validate MVPs.
• Help delivery teams break down complex work into epics and stories for faster value delivery.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional delivery teams on short-term tasks and near-term priorities.
• Provide support and coaching to Product Managers and peers.
• Be accountable for API performance and adoption, working to increase the customer base.
• Contribute to hiring and building a strong pool of Product Managers for the Colleague Transformation team and wider Tesco product function.

This role requires the candidate to be based in or near Kraków, as 60% of the workweek involves collaboration at office locations or local sites, with the remainder remote.
