Programme Coordinator

Antal is hiring for a Cybersecurity Awareness & Training Coordinator role based in Kraków, Poland, operating within an international cybersecurity environment. The position involves supporting cybersecurity education and awareness initiatives targeted at high-risk user groups.

• Experience in coordination, training administration, project support, or awareness-related roles
• Very good organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with different stakeholder groups
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
• Experience in cybersecurity, learning & development, awareness campaigns, or regulated environments is an advantage

• Support the coordination and delivery of cybersecurity education and awareness activities
• Organize and facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars, including attendee management, polls, and breakout rooms
• Monitor training completion dashboards and ensure learning assignments are properly managed
• Manage learning pathways and training materials on learning platforms
• Review and coordinate external learning content and third-party educational materials
• Research and collect content for e-learning modules and awareness initiatives
• Support the planning and execution of cybersecurity awareness campaigns
• Analyze target audiences and help tailor communication and engagement activities
• Coordinate activities related to executive cybersecurity awareness services
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to cybersecurity engagement activities
• Prepare reports, analytics, and management information to support decision-making
• Create and update operational documentation and process instructions
• Ensure all activities are delivered in line with compliance and security standards
