Senior Development Lead with Drupal

• Senior-level experience (5+ years minimum).
• Excellent English communication skills for daily collaboration in an international environment.
• Proven experience in a Development Lead / Technical Lead role with hands-on development responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Drupal (Custom Modules, Multisite, Multilingual, REST, JSON, GraphQL, Headless/Decoupled architectures).
• Strong frontend development skills: Next.js, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with software development best practices including CI/CD, TDD, Agile/Scrum, code reviews, and application security.
• Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and platform transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG / Digital Accessibility standards.
• WordPress experience is considered a strong advantage.

• Lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on in development activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and CMS solutions.
• Drive code quality, architecture standards, and development best practices.
• Support platform modernization and migration initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams.
• Mentor developers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.
