Solution Architect

Link Group is hiring a Solution Architect to work on complex platforms, products, or value streams, focusing on end-to-end solution architecture and technical leadership.

• Strong experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles
• Proven ability to design end-to-end technology solutions for complex systems
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture concepts such as distributed systems, APIs, and data-driven design
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to turn designs into delivered solutions
• Ability to balance business outcomes, technical constraints, and risk considerations
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

• Drive end-to-end solution architecture for complex platforms, products, or value streams
• Translate business requirements into clear, maintainable, and compliant technical designs
• Define and promote architecture standards, best practices, and design patterns
• Partner closely with engineering teams to guide implementation and resolve design challenges
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, resilience, and operability
• Provide architectural governance and support delivery teams throughout the lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, data, security, and operations
• For lead-level profiles: shape engineering and architecture practices, influence roadmaps, and mentor other architects and senior engineers
