Junior Data Analyst

• Good Excel skills and comfort working with structured data
• Familiarity with SQL and willingness to develop it in day-to-day analytical work
• Familiarity with Python or openness to using it for simple data tasks and workflow improvements
• Methodical approach to analysis, attention to detail, and persistence in handling datasets and reports
• Good communication skills in English to work effectively in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience improving reporting processes, recurring spreadsheets, or analytical workflows
• Experience with media, advertising, digital products, or audience measurement data
• Experience turning messy or incomplete data into practical business insight

• Work with data in Excel and support regular analysis and reporting needs
• Use SQL to explore, validate, and prepare data for analysis
• Use Python to automate or simplify analytical work
• Look for ways to improve existing workflows and make recurring work easier to maintain
• Collaborate closely with a small Data Analysis team and contribute to practical, data-driven decisions
