Data/Business Analyst (GA4 & BigQuery) m/f/d

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Practical experience analyzing GA4 data exported to BigQuery.
• Proficiency in BigQuery and SQL, including optimization of large datasets (e.g., 100 billion rows).
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, or Redash.
• Knowledge of Python sufficient for data engineering tasks.
• Understanding of front-end technologies related to GA4 tracking implementation and validation.
• Fluent communication skills in Polish and English.

• Responsible for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) analytics in BigQuery, managing data flows and ensuring accurate data collection.
• Creating optimized analytical data layers to reduce query costs on large raw tables.
• Building logic to compare GA4 data with internal data for deeper analysis.
• Optimizing BigQuery for efficient analysis of large datasets.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
• Providing insights into user interactions, including user experience and banner clicks.
• Improving tracking and measurement of user experience in GA4 to assess UX changes impact.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects related to sports, casino, and marketing.
