Senior Fullstack Developer (Node.js + React.js, Vue.js)

Square One Resources is hiring for a senior fullstack engineer to join a small, specialized team developing complex web systems based on API. The project is product-oriented, focusing on architecture, correctness, scalability, and long-term maintainability, using a JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem with Node.js backend and React.js and Vue.js frontend.

• Proven senior or higher experience in software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Extensive production experience with Node.js.
• Practical experience working with both React.js and Vue.js.
• Experience with API-based systems including design, integration, security, and versioning.
• Comfortable daily use of AI development tools: Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT.
• Good understanding of software architecture and system design.
• High standards for code quality, readability, and maintainability.
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking technical environment (documentation, communication).

Nice to have:

• Experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or production environment maintenance.
• Experience with high-traffic or business-critical systems.
• Background in designing systems for long-term development rather than one-time deployments.

• Design, develop, and evolve backend and frontend systems in production.
• Create, develop, and maintain robust APIs, including integration with external services and building internal and public interfaces.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) daily as part of the workflow.
• Implement new features using Node.js on the backend and React.js and Vue.js on the frontend.
• Make architectural decisions focusing on scalability, performance, and system reliability.
• Write clean, well-organized, and maintainable code for long-term product development.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and product stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
• Review, verify, and improve AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold high technical quality standards (Clean Code, design patterns, testing).
