Project Manager

• 2+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar IT role
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Ownership mindset and client-first approach treating clients as partners
• Excellent communication skills with developers and C-level stakeholders
• Practical understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Agile), SDLC, backlog management, and requirements gathering
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Google Workspace
• Analytical mindset and curiosity about software development and modern technologies
• Openness to using AI tools to improve productivity and delivery quality
• Fluent in Polish and English (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Availability to work from Gliwice office once a week and occasional client travel
• Experience in service design or launching new services
• Familiarity with GitHub, pull requests, and code review workflows
• Experience with AI-supported delivery or workflow automation

• End-to-end delivery on short-cycle and innovation projects (discovery, MVP, proof-of-concept)
• Rapid scoping and backlog structuring with clients who are still discovering their own needs
• Maintaining honest, direct client relationships grounded in real progress
• Working with AI tools and helping teams use them effectively in delivery
• Providing useful reporting rather than ceremonial
• Ensuring the team ships products with real value, not just demos
