Senior Business Analyst (k/m) [110-140 zł/h netto + VAT B2B]

Deviniti is a company specializing in custom application development, focusing on mobile and web applications for clients worldwide. The Application Development unit works on creating, developing, and maintaining these projects. The Business Analysis and UX Team (AUX) consists of a Team Manager, five Business Analysts, and two UX Designers, working autonomously with various project teams using agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project analysis
• Experience working with corporate clients in requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and solution proposing
• Experience collaborating with development teams in both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Skills in process modeling (UML, BPMN) and creating project documentation (User Stories, Use Cases)
• Experience in designing and describing APIs, data mapping, and system integrations
• Ability to create project materials enabling effort and cost estimation
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and AI usage in analytical processes
• Experience preparing offer analyses and cooperating with sales departments
• Willingness to work in an international environment and travel for business
• Fluent English language skills at minimum C1 level

• Ability to prepare system architecture proposals (high-level design)

• Experience in system architecture modeling and designing reusable solutions
