Senior / Lead Frontend Developer (React + TypeScript + Architecture)

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base both domestically and internationally. They build projects from scratch or partially, covering UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile development, working directly with clients and supporting partners worldwide.

• 7+ years of experience in Frontend Development
• Strong React and TypeScript experience
• Experience leading frontend development initiatives
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture
• Experience with state management and REST API integrations
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions
• Experience building scalable and reusable UI components
• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with TanStack Query and Zustand
• Experience with PrimeReact
• Experience with Vite and Docker
• Experience with Storybook, Playwright, Vitest, and React Testing Library

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable React/TypeScript solutions
• Take ownership of frontend architecture, component design, state management, and API integrations
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical implementations
• Break down complex frontend topics into manageable development tasks
• Ensure code quality, performance, maintainability, and testability
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and generated TypeScript clients
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
• Support code reviews, testing, documentation, and technical decision-making
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, product owners, designers, and stakeholders
