Web Developer (Wordpress)

• 5-7 years of web development experience
• Strong knowledge of WordPress Customizer
• Experience with Asana
• Strong understanding of WordPress integration with HubSpot, GA4, GTM, and others
• HubSpot experience
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles in WordPress
• Availability for calls at late afternoon (e.g., 6:30 pm)
• Front End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Back End: PHP, SQL, WordPress CMS, REST APIs, LAMP Stack
• DevOps tools: Kubernetes, Git (Version Control)
• Server/Hosting: WP Engine
• Strong command of English

• Translate the complete website UI/UX from Figma/Sketch into pixel-perfect, functional, and responsive web pages
• Manage a responsive website for desktop and mobile
• Implement and manage cookie banners across all web pages
• Introduce new web development practices to enhance customer experience
• Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and user experience

Backend:

• Enhance website pages including menu, footer, and sitemap for marketing manager updates
• Manage code injection, analytics, cookies, and asset library
• Handle WordPress CMS needs including upgrades and rigorous staging testing
• Create and maintain technical documentation for codebase, architecture, and deployment

Server/Web Hosting:

• Manage WP Engine hosting
• Own website security posture including vulnerability scanning and threat monitoring
• Manage and verify database backups
• Set up and manage staging environment architecture for version control
• Continuously optimize front-end performance to meet Google Core Web Vitals
