Wymagania

  • 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proactive attitude focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Obowiązki

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, handling requirement gathering, delivery timelines, data modifications, and quality issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate meetings in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales Teams.
  • Collect client requirements, translate them into internal work orders, set project timelines, and monitor progress.
  • Partner with internal operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries.
  • Ensure high-quality solution delivery meeting agreed timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client data and suggest improvements for database production.
  • Coordinate with Business-as-Usual teams on post-production and pre-delivery quality checks.
  • Participate in and coordinate operational, quality review, and escalation meetings with internal teams.
