• 7+ years of backend development experience (e.g., C# or Java).
• 2+ years managing remote, international backend engineers.
• 1+ years experience driving AI coding strategies.
• Passion for agile software development and delivering customer value.
• Excellent knowledge of SaaS technologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong project management, organizational, time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring to elevate team performance.
• Experience with ML systems, architectures, and techniques.
• BS or MS in computer science or related technical field.

Bonus Skills to Stand Out:

• Understanding of SOLID principles and software design patterns.
• Strong Python experience.
• Experience with Postgres or other relational databases.
• Observability and monitoring experience.
• Experience with Docker, Terraform, and AWS.
• Strong Claude Code understanding.
