Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 years in Project Management, with at least 3 years in the iGaming industry in a PMO or Senior PM role
  • Deep practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies with ability to adapt frameworks
  • Deep understanding of the slot development lifecycle from math and art to integration and launch
  • Proven track record with concrete examples of improving delivery speed, optimizing team performance, or launching complex projects
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with founders and C-level executives
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Experience with ClickUp (automations, dashboards, workload management) is a plus

Obowiązki

  • Manage the executive team’s task backlog, prioritizing initiatives according to strategic goals
  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient workflows for Technical and Creative departments
  • Organize high-level meetings and prepare progress reports for founders
  • Ensure seamless communication between Product, Art, Tech, and Marketing departments
  • Audit existing processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency
