Senior Product Manager

• Interest in AI and its potential to transform the legal industry
• Degree in business, computer science, engineering, design, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience launching, leading, and supporting software and AI products
• Strong problem-solving skills, including tackling ambiguous challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
• Insatiable curiosity and willingness to question assumptions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot potential issues early
• Analytical thinker capable of dissecting complex problems and devising creative solutions
• Comfortable with the latest tools and technologies and quick to learn new skills

• Collaborate across the organization to craft, communicate, and execute solutions to problem areas across the platform
• Develop enterprise products that are valuable, usable, and feasible
• Translate product strategy into clear, actionable user stories for development
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Applied Science to tackle user problems
• Test hypotheses through mockups, user testing, and experimentation
• Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and user impact
• Advocate as the user and business voice throughout the software development process
• Analyze usage data and metrics to uncover insights and drive new ideas
