Sr Product Manager - Onchain

The Onchain Product team builds next-generation financial products leveraging blockchain infrastructure to deliver faster, more transparent, and globally accessible financial services. The team operates at the intersection of crypto, DeFi, and traditional finance, owning products that enable customers to earn yield, access tokenized assets, interact with onchain protocols, and participate in the emerging onchain economy.

• Capable and calculated risk-taker who makes bold product bets and treats setbacks as learning opportunities
• Deep technical fluency with understanding of system architecture, Web3, and on-chain fundamentals; able to read and dabble in code
• Proven stakeholder management skills with experience navigating competing priorities in a dynamic, regulated environment
• Ability to hold and defend a strategic view while managing detailed product decisions
• Well-rounded interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across diverse, distributed teams

• Minimum 4 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products
• Prior experience in crypto, Web3, trading, gaming, or banking is required

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet aligned to customer needs and company goals
• Own the wallet experience end-to-end, from onboarding and asset management to DeFi, payments, and onchain interactions
• Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on-chain functionality into simple, user-friendly products
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations to deliver high-impact features
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration
• Identify opportunities to improve wallet adoption, activation, retention, and engagement
• Stay close to wallet, DeFi, stablecoin, and onchain ecosystem trends to inform product direction
• Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand wallet capabilities
• Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement
• Help establish Kraken Wallet as the preferred gateway to the onchain economy through secure, intuitive, and innovative user experiences
