Lead AI Consultant

Spyrosoft Solutions S.A. is strengthening its AI Consulting Unit to leverage cutting-edge technology for business transformation across industries including Healthcare, Automotive, and others.

• Extensive experience in IT, data, AI/ML, analytics, or digital transformation with significant AI consulting roles.
• Proven track record delivering AI, ML, data, or Generative AI initiatives with measurable business value.
• Strong client-facing consulting, pre-sales, solution design, and advisory experience.
• Ability to lead complex client conversations and translate ambiguous challenges into AI strategies.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM solution patterns including RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and responsible AI.
• Technical credibility in AI/ML with practical knowledge of Python, ML/DL libraries, model lifecycle, MLOps, and cloud AI platforms.
• Experience with Jupyter, MLflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, Databricks, or equivalents.
• Broad understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and ability to assess trade-offs.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices including CI/CD, experiment tracking, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English (C1 preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Lead client discovery and pre-sales engagements to identify AI opportunities and define project scopes.
• Contribute to proposals, workshops, business cases, and solution concepts.
• Translate business objectives into data, AI, and Generative AI strategies linked to measurable value.
• Advise senior stakeholders on technology and architecture balancing feasibility, cost, risk, security, and scalability.
• Challenge assumptions and recommend appropriate AI approaches, including when AI is not suitable.
• Liaise between business, technical, delivery, and leadership teams for alignment.
• Lead AI project delivery ensuring execution quality and business impact.
• Co-create strategy, vision, standards, and roadmap for AI Consulting offering.
• Mentor consultants and engineers in AI consulting practices and communication.
• Communicate AI insights clearly to executive, business, and technical audiences.
