System Analyst

Grupa Kapitałowa Inter Cars is seeking a System Analyst to support analysis of processes related to product data management and inventory planning in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a system analyst or business-system analyst.
• Participation in ERP system implementations or experience in maintenance and development teams.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering and management methods, BPMN and UML notations.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form and effective time management.
• Proficiency in English at minimum B2 level.
• Ability to work independently with responsibility for assigned tasks and collaboratively in a team.
• Openness to occasional business travel.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and experience as a consultant for this system.
• Knowledge in product data management, logistics, and inventory planning.
• IREB certification or other related to business-system analysis.
• Ability to work with SQL and/or PL/SQL languages.
• Ability to model systems using UML.

• Analyze business and system requirements in the product area by conducting workshops and documenting requirements related to product data, commercial conditions, and purchase forecasts.
• Model processes and requirements using BPMN diagrams, define functionalities and non-functional requirements for product modules and integrations.
• Prepare project documentation including process descriptions, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Parameterize the ERP system (Business Central) by configuring settings related to product data such as goods, inventory, prices, and forecasts according to business requirements.
• Define data processing algorithms including calculation logic, validation rules, and analytical-reporting requirements, collaborating with the BI team responsible for analytical models and reporting.
• Verify solutions and perform testing by assessing software compliance with requirements, preparing and executing functional tests, and supporting business in UAT tests.
• Collaborate with project teams, developers, suppliers, and integration teams to ensure quality and compliance of solutions.
• Optimize business processes by identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes in ERP systems.
