• Experience designing architecture for digital solutions, especially in cloud environments like AWS or GCP
• Ability to prepare technical and functional specifications
• Knowledge of building and designing architectures and infrastructure (both traditional and cloud-based) and websites
• Familiarity with integration design methods, approaches, and models
• High engagement and proactivity in problem-solving

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of tools and technologies: OutSystems, Mulesoft, SAP, Salesforce
• Experience in observability (monitoring, logging, alerting)
• Cloud certifications (AWS / Google Cloud)
• Experience in cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
• Good knowledge of E-commerce platforms and related processes

• Prepare project documents and specifications including functional, interface, and infrastructure specifications for systems such as E-commerce, POS, and ERP
• Create interface specifications, define data flows, transformations, and validations; design and configure communication channels like SFTP, HTTP APIs, and message queues (e.g., Kafka) collaborating with external vendors and internal IT
• Lead vendor selection processes focusing on functionality and technical aspects
• Prepare and participate in RFI/RFP processes
• Participate in testing activities emphasizing integration, security, and performance tests
• Support business users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support system operations including configuration, error handling, analysis, and escalation to external vendors
• Propose and implement observability practices to ensure high business continuity
• Manage documentation processes primarily using Atlassian or similar tools
• Support change management and application development processes
• Manage and monitor cloud environments (AWS, GCP) ensuring availability, security, and cost optimization
