Pricing Data Science Developer

• Proven experience in non-life insurance pricing and core actuarial concepts; experience with commercial lines insurance or reinsurance is a plus.
• Proven knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence, including proficiency with Power BI and understanding business needs to identify required indicators.
• Deep interest in utilizing artificial intelligence and proven ability to learn and apply it; experience developing apps/BI with AI is a plus.
• Technical aptitude with experience programming in SQL and Python; R coding experience is a plus.
• Proven experience developing dashboards and data models; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Ability to proactively engage with global and transversal teams, communicating effectively with teams of varying backgrounds (IT, Actuarial, Underwriting, Operations).
• Committed, self-organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Applied Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Information Technology; passing exams towards FIA/FCAS or equivalent qualification is a plus.

• Contribute to exploring possibilities and methods of utilizing artificial intelligence and business intelligence to improve data and reporting.
• Help guide the design and contribute to the development of PowerBI, RShiny, and Streamlit Business Intelligence dashboards for Pricing & Analytics and Underwriting.
• Gather, combine, and transform data from various sources into flexible and performant data models for dashboards.
• Leverage capabilities and infrastructure developed by IT.
• Contribute to clear communications with Operations, Technology, and Pricing teams.
• Report to the Head of Pricing Data Management and Reporting.
